SJENA (English; "SHADOW) is an exploration of resilience, determination, and the indomitable human spirit.

 

Echoing the insights of Carl Jung's work on the "shadow self" and the unconscious aspects of the psyche, SJENA invites us to confront the hidden aspects of ourselves; the fears, doubts, and suppressed emotions that shape our existence.

Faced with the relentless onslaught of his mental health, our protagonist grapples with the daunting task of reconciling his determination and discipline with the shadows that haunt his mind.

He pushes himself beyond his limits, driven by an unyielding will to succeed even when he feels he has nothing left to give. And as the battles become fiercer, he discovers that his greatest adversary lies not in the ring, but within himself.
